Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) Services
The recent acquisition of a Phenom SEM from FEI gives Nanotech Innovations the ability to perform high-end imaging for a vareity of applications. The system has both optical and electron microscopy with magnifications of 20x - 20,000x and an ultimate resolution of 30nm.
NTI can now perform a wide array of analytical imaging such as inspection of materials for imperfections, determination of uniformity of plating layers, etc. Detailed imaging of photovoltaic structures and nanomaterials is also available.

Carbon Nanotube Array – Multi-walled, vertically aligned on quartz substrate
Nanotech Innovations has carbon nanotube (CNT) arrays for sale. At present we offer vertically aligned CNTs on a quartz substrate but will be adding copper and silicon substrates very soon. These arrays consist of high quality, uniform CNTs suitable for research and product development in a variety of areas such as microelectronics, sensors, power applications, etc.
